Refund Policy

Refunds are not normally made in lieu of goods sold. However, we refund the price to the buyer for any of the following reasons:

• If the product is out of stock;
• If the Buyer cancels the order of the Product (in due course);
• 'bordeguna.com' cancels the product order for any reason.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to get a refund:

If you want to cancel an order after paying the price, you have to call the customer service number directly within 12 hours to cancel the order.

'bordeguna.com' reserves the right to cancel the order at any time due to unavoidable reasons even after confirming the order by paying the price.

If the order is canceled or if the product is out of stock, our representative will call and inform the buyer. In that case, the price will be refunded within a maximum of 3 (three) working days after providing the necessary information (development/rocket/cash number) for refund.

Complaints will not be accepted after 7 (seven) working days if no cooperation is received from the buyer by phone or e-mail.
